Christikon Registration Form for Families and Adults

(The form below is for registering family and adult campers. If you are making reservations for a youth group, please click here to go to the Group Reservations page)

3. A pre-registration deposit of $50 is necessary to complete your registration for family/adult sessions other than the Work Weekend. After you enter your information and send it to us, you will click on the “Make Payment” button at the bottom to send us your deposit using your credit card or an electronic transfer of funds from your checking or savings account. The remaining camp fee is due when you arrive at camp; but the full camp fee may also be paid in full online either now or later. The $50 deposit is not refundable, though any amount paid over the deposit can be refunded to you5.

4. We will acknowledge your registration by e-mail: then we will send you by mail a statement, health history form, a permission form, a bus schedule (if you are riding the bus), and a list of items to bring to camp, as well as other information to help you prepare for your time at Christikon.

All information you enter here will not be shared outside the Christikon office.

Now, there are two steps remaining in the registration process. You need to do these in order:

First, make sure the information above is correct. When you click the button to send this information to Christikon, and you will receive a Confirmation Form with the same information. At the bottom of the Confirmation Form, click on “Return to Form” to return here, and then move to the section below to make your deposit or payment.

Note: If you did not receive an on-line Confirmation Form after submitting your information: For some reason, some Web browsers apparently do not seem to interact properly with this Web form, and information is not sent. If you didn't receive a Confirmation Form after submitting your information, please fill in the form once more; then click and drag your cursor to highlight the blue-background form, copy it, paste it into an e-mail, and send it to us at christikon@aol.com. Sorry for the extra work! Perhaps some day the mysteries of the Web will become clearer, and the problem can be avoided....

Your registration is not complete until you have made a deposit or payment (except for Work Weekend). See below.

Next, when you click on Make Payment below, you will be taken to our secure web site, to send your deposit (or pay the full camp fee, if you wish). There you will enter information about your credit card or bank account. You will also enter the amount you wish to pay in the appropriate box(es).

Also, in the “optional” section at the bottom of the form, it would help us in our office if you would type in the name of the family or adult whose pre-registration and/or fee is being paid. Put the name in the “Name” box under “Please Notify.”

Except for the Work Weekend, the required pre-registration fee is $50, unless you are paying a greater amount or the full camp fee.

NW WI Synod Adults Backpack, July 25-28: $250

Continuing Education Retreat, July 28-31: $120 per adult, $60 per child ages 6-12, no charge for children under 6; plus $100 NRIT fee. For those housed in Living Center, additional $60 per room.

Mountain Weekend, August 1-3: $60 per adult, $30 per child ages 6-12, no charge for children under 6. For those housed in Living Center, additional $40 per room.
