If you are under age 18, you should complete this form with your parent/guardian or another adult whose credit card or checking/savings account will pay your deposit and/or the camp fee.

1. Complete the Registration Form below. If you have already submitted the information, click here to make your payment.

2. If you plan to ride the camp bus, indicate where you will be boarding. You may name one other person to be your cabin mate or trails group partner. If you list someone, ask that person to name you on his/her form too. (If you name more than one person, we may not be able to accommodate requests for multiple cabin or group mates.)

3. Please register only for sessions of your own age level (or younger), and for a full camp period only.

4. A minimum pre-registration deposit of $50 is necessary to complete your registration. After you enter your information and send it to us, you (or an adult, if you are under age 18) will click on the “Make Payment” button at the bottom to send this deposit using a credit card or electronic transfer of funds from a checking or savings account. The remaining camp fee is due when you arrive at camp; but the full camp fee may also be paid in full online either now or later. Cancellation/refund Policy: If you must later cancel, deposits are refundable minus a $10 processing charge, up to June 1. After June 1, deposits are not refundable, though if the full camp fee has been sent, the portion over the deposit will be refunded.

5. When you click the "Submit" button below to send the information, your registration will be acknowledged by an automatic on-line Confirmation Form. When we receive your information (and on-line deposit), our office will send you by mail a Health History form, a Permission to Participate form, a bus schedule (if you are riding the bus), and a list of items to bring to camp, as well as other information to help you prepare for your time at Christikon.

6. If you wish, you may register more than one camper during this on-line session, and then make a single payment to cover the deposits and/or fees for all of them at the same time. Use the form below to submit information for each camper, and then proceed to the payment form when you have finished submitting the information and have received a Confirmation Form for each submission.

All information you enter here will not be shared outside the Christikon office.

Now, there are two steps remaining in the registration process. You need to do these in order:

First, make sure the information above is correct. When you click the button to send this information to Christikon, and you will receive a Confirmation Form with the same information. At the bottom of the Confirmation Form, click on “Return to Form” to return to the section below to make your deposit or payment.

Information will be cleared from the form above. If you are registering more than one camper, register them one at a time in the above form. You may then make one payment to cover the deposits/fees for all of them.

Note: If you did not receive an on-line Confirmation Form after submitting your information: For some reason, some Web browsers apparently do not seem to interact properly with this Web form, and information is not sent. If you didn't receive a Confirmation Form after submitting your information, please fill in the form once more; then click and drag your cursor to highlight the blue-background form, copy it, paste it into an e-mail, and send it to us at christikon@aol.com. Sorry for the extra work! Perhaps some day the mysteries of the Web will become clearer, and the problem can be avoided....

Your registration is not complete until you have made a deposit or payment. See below.

Next, when you click on Make Payment below, you will be taken to our secure web site, to send your deposit (or pay the full camp fee, if you wish). There you will enter information about the person from whose credit card or bank account the payment will be made. You will also enter the amount you wish to pay in the appropriate box(es).

Also, in the “optional” section at the bottom of the form, it would help us in our office if you would type in the name(s) of the camper(s) whose pre-registration and/or fee is being paid. Put the camper name in the “Name” box under “Please Notify.”

The required pre-registration fee is $50, unless you are paying a greater amount or the full camp fee.
