Summer Staff
If you are interested in becoming a member of the Christikon summer staff, then you have come to the right place! In this section, you will find materials to assist you in applying for a staff position at Christikon. Below, you will find links to the important information you will need when applying to be a member of the Christikon Staff. The first five documents will give you valuable information on what your summer will entail as a Christikon staff member. We recommend that you read these first (and in order). The Staff application and reference questionnaire can be filled out, printed, and sent to us by mail. You can find our address by clicking here. To make application: 1. Complete and return the Staff Application form. You can either print the form out directly from the Web page, or you can highlight the form, copy it, and then paste it into your word processor and fill it out on your computer. 2. Print out and give the Confidential Reference Questionnaire to three people who can make a statement on your behalf concerning your qualifications for a position on the Christikon staff. Indicate by your signature on the form whether the reference is to be confidential or not. Ask each person to return the Questionnaire directly to the Christikon office. (It's courteous to provide them with a stamped, addressed envelope, too.) For references, select people (other than friends or relatives) who know something about you in the areas covered on the Questionnaire, such as employers, a teacher, your pastor, etc. If you have previously worked at another camp, your former camp director or immediate supervisor there must be one of your references. 3. Participate in an interview. See the interview schedule for places and dates. If an in-person interview is not possible, you may arrange for a telephone interview at your expense by writing or calling the Christikon office (406 656-1969) to arrange a mutually convenient time.
